Terms of Service

You must agree to the TOS before commissioning me.By contacting me for commissions, you are agreeing to these terms of service. So please read them thoroughly before contacting me.

1. I have the right to refuse commissions for ANY reason.2. Payment is due when the commission begins. Payment is through Paypal only. If we agree on a payment plan, you will not receive your commission until the full payment is received.3. Updates will be given as often as possible. I will send you updates during sketches and coloring for you to adjust the work as you see fit. After the final product is sent to you, it is done. Any further adjustments will be an additional cost.4. Refunds may be given, but if the work is refunded you will be blacklisted from future commissions and you will NOT receive any artwork. Refunds after a product is received is strictly not allowed. I also maintain the right to stop the commission midway and refund your money.5. I maintain the right to post progress pictures/streams of the commission progress unless the commissioner pays a secrecy fee.6. I DO NOT do commissions in the "style of" another artist, so please do not ask me to.
